We do not accept the return of the purchased products that are not found to be defective in accordance with the applicable law. Products are produced as in their original gold color. In case of different gold selection, it will be counted as a special order. Special orders and custom made products cannot be returned. Since the sizes except from 10-18 size range for rings, and 5-9 size range for pinky rings are considered special production, unfortunately there are no returns or exchanges for this product category.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Sales Contract, gold, diamonds and other jewelries sold on velovis.com are excluded from the right of withdrawal which is defined in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6052. Therefore, we are not obliged to accept the return of products that are purchased online at our e-commercial website. However, in line with our customer satisfaction principles, we will refund our customers if: they contact us at info@velovis.com for approval of the return, and then send the product to Velovis&Co. “Harbiye District Abdi İpekçi St. No:29 Floor:2/A Sisli – Istanbul with a “RETURN” label within 15 days from the date of invoice.

For the right of return to be valid: The product must be shipped within 15 days from the date of invoice, The price label on the product must be present, and the product must be unused (in a condition suitable for resale), The product must be shipped together with its certificate, package and all other items that came with it. The buyer assumes all responsibilities and costs for returning the product to Velovis&Co. headquarters. Velovis&Co. is not responsible for the shipping process of returned products. The Company will not approve the return of products that do not meet these criteria. If the products that are shipped to Velovis&Co. headquarters do not meet the criteria, they will be sent back to the buyer with a report.
